:In order to be eligible for a refund, we have received the return product within 14 calendar days on delivery of your purchase. Example: the package was delivered on Nov 1st, the deadline we have to recieved the return package on Nov 14th, after that the package will be return to you and can’t accept itThe product must be in the same condition that you receive it, undamaged, unworn. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. This includes smell/perfume/scents. Items that are not returned in their original state will be sent back to you and denied the ability to return. Jewelry/Intimates/Seasonal items are final sale and not available for return. We do not refund shipping charges. Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed with store credit only within 30 business days.
